The only thing that is necessary for applying in the IAS exams in the field of educational qualification is graduation from any recognized university in any stream.
Now when you complete your B.sc ,then only you become a graduate,and in result you become applicable for the IAS exams.
There is no necessity for doing M.SC only for applying in the IAS,as the only graduation is necessary for applying in the IAS exams.
You can go for further studies in the to make your future more secure,but the qualification required for IAS is only graduation.

I.A.S. exam or Indian administrative service exam is a prestigious exam of civil service conducted by UPSC. one can apply for IAS exam through Online /Off line process.
The candidate has to procure the application form from the post office & sent the application form to the secretary of UPSC.
The information for the examination for the examination rules & syllabus details is published in the month of december in the "Employment News","Rozgar Samachar","Gazette of India"& some leading newspaper of the country.
Educational qualification:
1.The candidate must posses a bachelor degree in any dicipline in any recognized University of India or any equivalent.
2. Those in the final year of a degree course is also apply for the exam.
