You need to apply for CDS in final year or afterwards.As you are from commerce you will not be eligible for Airforce and Navy through CDS.You will need to apply for IMA and OTA which requires graduation from any stream.The age limit for IMA is 19-24years and OTA is 19-25years.CDS is conducted twice a year by UPSC.You can check the website of UPSC to know about the next notification of CDS.The form is filled online and you can get every other details in the notification published by UPSC.Check the examination calendar on the website of UPSC to know whenever the notifications comes out.

Well friend cds exam is conducted two times in a year by upsc for the recruitment of candidates in the post of indian army,indian airforce,indian navy.both male and female candidates are allowed in cds exam.

Dear friend for apply CDS exam the minimum Education qualification is Graduation degree in any stream from a recognized University.
CDS stand for Combined Defence Service.
CDS exam conducted by the UPSC(Union Public Service Commission) two times in a year.
CDS exam is conducts for following wings:-
Indian Military Academy :-
Candidate should be complete Bachelor's degree in any stream from a recognised university.
Age should be between 19 years to 24 years.
Indian Naval Academy:-
Candidate should be complete a Graduation degree with studied maths,phyaics,chemistry in b.tech or equivalent from a recignised University.
Age should be between 19 years to 22 years.
Indian Airforce:-
Candidate should be complete a Graduation degree with PCM sujects in b.tech or equivalent from a recognised University.
Age should be between 19 years to 23 years.
Officer's Training Academy:-
Candidate should be complete Bachelor's degree in any stream from a recognised university.
Age should be between 19 years to 25 years.
There is no age relaxation for CDS exam.
Candidate should be an Indian Citizen.
