    Can I give UPSC exam after B.Sc in Electronics?

    hi,i am in 11th standard now&i want to be an IAS officer but iam too interested in bsc in electronics then,can i give upsc exams after bsc in electronics?

    The educational eligibility for the IAS exam is graduation in any discipline and from any recognised university

    So you can apply for IAS after doing B.Sc in Electronics

    Dear Friend,

    You are eligible for civil services examination.

    B.Sc is a graduation course and after graduation every candidate can apply for civil services examination.

    Also those candidate can apply which are in last year of graduation.

    For that examination no percentage is require , if candidate just have passing marks in graduation are also eligible.

    Candidate must be into 21-30 years.
    3 years age relaxation for BC candidate and 5 years age relaxation for SC/ST candidate.

    yes dear you can apply for ias examination after completing your b.sc in electronics. the eligibility required for ias exam is a graduation degree from an ugc recognised university and age limit and attempts are listed below;-
    general- 21 to 30 years, 4 attempts
    obc- 21 to 33 years, 7 attempts
    sc/st- 21 to 35, no limit
    pd- 21 to 40, no limit

    Educational qualification required for Civil Service(IAS) exam is graduation from a recognized university.That means you will be eligible for Civil Service IAS exam after completing bsc in electronics.Along with educational qualification some other eligibility criteria you have to satisfy to write the IAS exam.


    Other eligibility conditions to write IAS


    1)For the Indian Administrative Service and the Indian Police Service, a candidate must be a citizen of India.


    2)Age limit:21-30(general category)
    for obc 3yrs relaxation

    for sc/st 5yrs relaxation
    for phd 10yrs relaxation

    ias preliminary exam consist of two papers-General studies and English(Both are objective)
    In main exam paper one is English
    paper two,three,four and five are General Studies
    paper six and seven-Optional Subject

    you have to select optional subject according to your taste.That will help you in IAS preparation.check the syllubus from upsc website and start your preparation.

    Yes why not.

    When you do Bsc in electronics means you are completing your Graduation and hence you become eligible for the exam.

    It does not matter you do your Bsc from any stream.

    The exams which you give after graduation and are conducted by UPSC does only need Graduation for the exam.

    Exams which are conducted by UPSC after graduation are:-

    Civil services exam

    IES

    CDS

    ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS FOR THE EXAM:-

    EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

    Yes, my friend you can attempt for IAS after completing B.Sc in Electronics. for IAS you need Graduation degree in any discipline with any percentage from recognized college or university. you can also apply for the exam while pursuing in final year of graduation. So you need not to much worry about that and only concentrate on your preparation and Graduation. you should work hard for IAS because there is tough competition.

    for IAS you have to write Civil Services exam. Civil Services exam is conducted by UPSC every year.

    Civil Services exam is conducted in three phases:
    >> Prelims(CSAT)
    >> Mains
    >> Interview.

    for Civil Services your age must be within 21 years to 30 years on 1 August of the year of exam. there is relaxation in upper age limit upto 3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST candidates.and you must have attained the minimum age on same date and you have not attained the upper age on similar date.

    Then you can ,
    yaa,, because you have completed your graduation.
    But only one think you have to check that your graduation precentage is 60% min.
    Then you can apply for this exam.

    You can apply for the IAS exam after B.Sc from a recognized university of India.
    For this exam your age should be minimum 21 years.

    You can appear for Civil services after any stream of graduation.The eligibility is Graduation and age limit 21-30years to be eligible for the exam of Civil service for IAS,IPS,IFS,IRS etc.The stream of graduation and the marks in graduation or prior to that does not matter for being eligible.Complete your graduation and apply thereafter.Till then keep preparing.All the best

    You are eligible for upsc exams after doing bsc in electronics.
    1)-To become an IAS you must be graduated from any recognised university.
    2)-No percentage is required only graduation is required to appear in IAS exam.

    Age limit is different for different caste candidates:-
    1)- for general candidates age limit is 21-30.
    2)- for OBC candidates age limit is 21-33.
    3)- for sc,st candidates age limit is 21-35.

    of course you can apply for the IAS exam if you have a B.SC graduate degree from a recognized university.
    You can apply for any of the UPSC exam after graduation in science.
    You must have age limit 21-30 years.
    You must be Indian.

    You can apply for the other exams like IPS/IFS/IRS etc.
    You can apply in the final year of your graduation as well.
