if you have complete your graduation with 54% min. marks. then you can apply for the exam now.
It doesn't matter what is your height .
because the eligibility list doesn't show about this type of term or condition.

yes my friend, you are eligible of giving the IAS exam, as you are a graduate and your age is in between 21-30 years of age.
The minimum eligibility of giving the IAS exam is that you need to be a graduate from a recognized indian university and your age should be in between 21-30 years.

IAS exam stands for Indian Administrative Service which is conducted by UPSC.
IAS exam a degree from a recognized university. You are B.com degree holder, therefore you are Eligible for IAS exam.
At the applying time, your age should be between 21-30 years,
You must be Indian citizen and physically fit.
There is no specific Physical standard for IAS exam as IPS exam.
For IPS required criteria is below:
1. Height for Male 165 cm Pahari Male (general also) & ST
(Not the SC/ OBC) 160 cm.
2. Chest for Male Minimum 84 cm. Expansion 5 cm.
3. Eye sight is 6/6 or 6/9 distant vision for good eye.
6/12 or 6/9 for worst eye.
4. Near vision J 1 for good eye.
J2 for worst eye.
5. The correction is by lenses

There is no special required physical standard for IAS exam.
You can apply for the exam in the age limit 21-30 years.
If you belongs to the reserved categories then you will be given the relaxation of 3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST candidates.
