Can I become an IAS officer by joining in a coaching center after B.Tech?

sir,
now i just completed my 12th class exams and im very confused about my next step.shall i prefer b-tech in which im interested in[mechanical or any other]or degree?my dad he has no konwledge about ias coaching but he was insisted by his friend to join in srichaitanya ias academy.....plz give me an appropriate answer for tis question.....can i become ias if i go to coaching centers after completing my b-tech?

The first requirement for IAS is Age and it must be 21-30.

And other is you need Bachelor Degree from Recognized University.

So first Join B.tech and in Parallel join IAS Coaching when you are in 2nd year of B.tech.

You should select the Degree in which you have interest, So go for B.tech.

Yes, You can become IAS, but start Coaching when you are in 2nd or 3rd Year of B.tech, So that you can directly appear in IAS when you B.tech is Completed. Because you have prepare for 2 years.

Finally you can Clear IAS exam easily.

This is all depends on your interest and your goal ..

>> if you want to become IAS and that is only your goal then you have to join coaching .

>> coz they gives you right way for preparation and other thing is on you ..

>> but if your dad force you and so you want to join then please avoid it .. in this exam you need passion and hard work ..

First of all what you want to do in your life. If you want to become the IAS officer, then side by side you should start the coaching of your IAS. This will help you in preparing for the IAS by the time you will end your engineering you will be very good with your concepts regarding the administrative services.

You have just completed 12th class and want to do Engineering.

However any BACHELOR degree Graduate can apply Indian Administrative Service Examination,You should do in which you have interest in.

If you want to Go for Engineering in Mechnical or any other ,you should go for this .

Doing Mechanical Engineering seems better than doing 3 year Degree course.

You can prepare for IAS examination while doing your Bachelor Degree .
