No dear you cann't become an IAS officer through SSC exam.
To become an IAS officer you must crack the CSAT exam. IAS exam is also known as CSAT exam which is conducted by UPSC once in a year.
Eligibility Criteria For CSAT exam
Candidate should be graduate in any stream from recognized university.
final year candidate are also eligible for this exam.
Age Limit for general candidate is 21 to 30 year.
3year age relaxation for OBC candidate and 5 year age relaxation for SC/ST candidate.
Nationality should be Indian
Attempt limit
For General candidate- 4 attempt
OBC- 7 Attempt
SC/ST - no limit

SSC means Staff Selection Commission recruiting the post like clerk,Data entry operator,CISF etc.
SSC not conducted IAS officer exam.
UPSC conducted the IAS exam.For this exam,
Candidates age not less than 21 years and not more than 30 years for general candidates.
3years relaxation age for obc candidates.
5years relaxation for SC/ST candidates .
Your qualification must be graduation from a recognized university.

Sorry to say that you can't get IAS Job through the ssc department
because ssc is not conducting the exam for the IAS Job as for this
job you have to write the upsc exam for it because upsc is conducting the
exam for the Indian administrative services as the post comes under
the upsc department and you have to apply for the post through the upsc department too
and for this post the upsc department is conducting the cse exam every year
The Essential Qualifications Required for the CSE Exam :

Sorry to say dear, You cannot become the IAS officer through SSC examination. Through SSC exam you can become the income tax officer etc which exam is known as the combined graduate level test. If you want to become the IAS officer then you should give the upsc exam which is known as the civil service exam. The age limit for the exam is the 21 to 30 years for unreserved category. Age relaxation for the reserved category. Qualification is required candidate must have graduate in any stream from the approved university. The exam held one time in a year, Exam notification is declared by the upsc in the month of the February and preliminary exam is held in the month of the May.
