My plan is to crack SSC CHSL first and then do graduation and post graduation from a distance university and then appear in IAS exam. Am I in the right track? Any corrections needed in my plan of action?

hello,m Nayan Sharma recently passed 12th class with 88% aggregate.Am going to appear for SSC-CHSL for DEO post as i want to be a helping hand to my father and he also wants d same cause it ll be difficult for him to bear further educational expenses.MY ultimate aim is to become an IAS officer. If i pass the SSC exam i ll take up d job and complete my graduation and post-graduation through ignou and simultaneously prepare for IAS .

Yes you can plan like this but you have to be really hard working for implementing this plan for your future.

Many people after getting job tend to relax and they don't follow their plans due to burden of job. DEO is a Data Entry Operator and you have to work long hours means you will have less time for studying for IAS exam.

As you said you will study Graduation in distance mode. Yes distance mode Degree is surely eligible for IAS exam so don't worry about it.

It is good to see your dedication towards your family as you want to earn for the family. So be prepared for the CHSL exam as the competition for this exam is very high because it is a 10+2 level exam and a lot of candidates apply for it.

Also learn typing and MS Excel because there will be skill test after you qualify the written exam. You should aim on CHSL at present and do not think about IAS exam now because it will divert your concentration.
