Dear first of all I would like to suggest you that you are MBA graduate so you are eligible to apply for various exams conducted by UPSC board as - Indian Civil Service, Central Police Force - Assistant Commandant, Combined Defense Service Examination etc. but once you must analyze your date of birth and current age that you have already crossed and probably not eligible for more examinations in competition
According to your mentioned date of birth, you have crossed 32 years and 1 day of your age as on 20-07-2013 so you have entered in 33 years of age and this age will not help you to apply for other exams excluding Indian Civil Service Examination because maximum limit to apply for ICS examination is 33 years for OBCs because 3 years of upper age relaxation is added so 30 becomes 33 for OBC category candidates so you have only last attempt and last year left for UPSC examination and after this you will not be eligible for further exams so this is the time to utilize your knowledge and strength in preparation of this examination
If you want to know about the post under this examination so you will get IAS post after getting qualified in Civil Service Examination but it depends on your score that which post you will get after passing IAS examination because highest rankers will be shortlisted for Indian Foreign Service post and higher rankers for IAS, IPS, IRS etc. so you should not care because each post is called IAS but your service will be different so you must apply for next year's IAS examination around March 2014
Your MBA is enough to apply for this test and you should concentrate on examination because you have to pass otherwise you will not be eligible for any more attempt and application in UPSC and also in other exams as - SSC but if you want then you can change your stream and turn your interest to banking jobs because there are some posts - IBPS CWE Specialist Officer - HR/Personnel Officer Examination, IT Officer, Marketing Officer etc. exams that is conducted once a year by IBPS so you can prepare for this examination and appear till 35 years of age and if you cross 35 years of age then you will be offered to claim for upper age relaxation that is for 3 years for OBCs and your MBA is from management stream so know your relevant post from the attached document and get prepared and also download Indian Civil Service Examination notification
All the best
