Can I clear an IAS exam after qualifying CA finals? Is it necessary to take Hindi as one subject?

Can I go for UPSC exams after CA finals? Well i m in a knowledge that for getting admitted to UPSC exam a student must be graduate from any government college /university .

Secondly , I didnt completed my graduation (B.Com ) . Right after Intermediate i joined CA now in finals . so by aforesaid reasons I just wana know , Do i am eligible for IAS /UPSC exams or not after completing CA .

Thirdly , If I m able ? then please suggest me for the respective subject i would prefer i.e. Income Tax/Law/Accounts are my interested subjects as Main & . I m also interested In Sociology /Physcology/Politics.

I m little bit slow in hindi. Is this so necessary to have hindi in subjects.

    Dear Raman,
You will be eligible for the UPSC CIVIL SERVICE EXAMS only if the CA finals degree is treated as an equivalent to the graduation degree and I doubt it is. So you can keep your preperations up.
Also, the subjects of arts such as INDIAN HISTORY,POLITICAL SCIENCE AND PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION are highly scoring and are even asked for in the prelims. So you can definitely go for them.
And Hindi not being a compulsory subject, you could choose any regional language along with Hindi.
    Good Luck.

yours is a special case and its the UPSC who have to decide. you can send a mail to UPSC help desk and enquire them directly, because minimum educational qualification is a bachelor's degree,
NO need to Hindi as a subject. But YOu definitely have to clear one language (other than ENglish) paper in mains, so develop your hindi knowledge to clear that
AS far as optionals is considered, you can choose subjects like commerce, economics, accountancy. I guess you have previous expertise in these subjects as an CA finalist.
