Congratulations for clearing UPSC written test.
There will a same caste will be having both in centre and state but not only state.If you have the OBC certificate issued by STATE government also you are eligible to get benefits given for OBC catogory.Unless you have not submitted OBC certitficate, then you will comes under GENERAL catogory,but you will get diquaify if you get qualified with OBC reservations.
