But since you belong to OBC category,hence,you'll get a relaxation of maximum 3 years in the upper limit of the age.
According to the criteria,the candidate must be between 21-30 years but for you,you can give the exam even if you are 33 years old!

If you are applying for SCRA then your age should be 16.5-19 yrs.
And
If you are applying for IAS, IPS, IES, CDS then your age should be 21-33 yrs.

THERE IS NO SPECIAL AGE RELAXATION FOR THE WOMEN IN THE UPSC EXAMS.
The age limit for different categories are
~21 to 30 years for general candidate.(Men and Women)
~21 to 33 years for OBC.(Men and women)
~21 to 35 years for SC/ST,ex-service government employee.(Men and women)
~21 to 40 years for the physically handicapped.(Men and Women)
Hence the age limit for both the men and women is same.

age limit for male candidate and female candidate are same there in no difference in all the exam
for category candidate age limit are also same as male candidate.
For Civil services age of the obc candidate is 21 to 33 year
For SCRA age of the OBC candidate is 17 to 24 year

The age relaxation is same as that for everyone.
The eligibility criteria for UPSC exams:-
You should have completed graduation from a good university
Your age should be:-
Age limit for general candidate is 21-30 years
If you are an OBC candidate then 21-33 years
If you are an Sc/ST candidate then 21-35 years
You should have these criteria fulfilled to apply for UPSC exams.
There is no such concession for the womens.

You will get additionally, only 03 years as age relaxation apart from general category.
The age limits to apply for Civil services for OBC category aspirants is between 21 years to 33 years.
Additionally,There is no age relaxation will be applicable for OBC women.
OBC women will get reservations during postings only...
