Sorry,you cannot join NDA because this exam is only for males candidates.

Eligibility For Male Candidates -

Age should be between 16 1/2 to 19 years.
Candidates must be 12th passed from a recognized university.

To join defence for girls -

After graduation you can join army through CDS exam.
Age must be between 19 to 25 yrs.
This exam is only for unmarried candidates.

But if you want to join Defence forces then you can appear for CDS exam.
The minimum eligibility for it is You should have a degree from university recognized by aicte.

I am really sorry to say that NO FEMALE Entry is there in the Indian Defense in the Higher Secondary level. So as of now, being a 18 year old female you CANNOT take part in any of the Defense Exams.

However if you are really interested to get into the Defense sector, then I would suggest you to take up some 3 year full time graduation now and then later on you may easily apply for the CDS OTA, AFCAT, etc and other such entrances.

Being a female candidate you are not eligible to apply for the National Defence Academy and this examination is conducted for selection of Army wings , Navy wings and Air force wings and conducted by Union Public Service Commission as namely NDA I and NDA II .

One must have a completed intermediate course and must have a minimum 16.5 years and 19 years . Final year of 12th exam may also eligible to apply for this examination and Unmarried male candidates are eligible to apply for this examination . So being female candidates you are not eligible to apply for this examination .

But after completing graduate degree you can chances to get into the Indian Army through NCC Special Entry and Officer Training Academy Examination . Officer Training Academy Examination is conducted by UPSC CDS Examination and minimum qualification for this examination is that candidate must have a completed degree course and age should be between 19 years and 23 years . There is no percentage bar required and No upper age limits .

For NCC Special Entry you must has completed degree course and must secure at least 50% marks . Pursing in the final year of degree may also eligible and compulsory have a NCC B Certificate in graduate level or Intermediate level and age should be between 19 years to 25 years .
