i like to join indian army by passing to upsc exam.but i am shortsite(-1.25).how can i join to
indian army.

There is no problem for Shortsightedness till it is under the permitted limits specified by the defence academies.
There are 4 academies recruiting through CDS-
IMA,OTA(Both Army), AFA( Air Force), INA(Navy).

As you are a BCA you will be eligible for IMA,OTA as these requires graduation from any stream. You may also be eligible for AFA as being a BCA you might had Physics and Maths at 12th which is a compulsory requirement for Air Force Academy.
However Air Force does not allow Myopic candidates so you will be disqualified.
But for IMA and OTA,the maximum permitted power for Myopia is -3.5D which is more than what you have.So you have a good chance of getting selected but you have to excel in the SSB and also in the physical tests so that your spectacle problem gets covered by your other good traits.

You can join Indian army after BCA degree through CDS exam. CDS exam stands for combined defense services which is conducted by UPSC twice in a year.

You have to apply CDS exam on its official website;-www.upsconline.nic.in

You can join Indian Military academy as well as officer training academy due to BCA degree holder.

You can not join Indian navy and air force academy.

Your age should be 19-24 years.

You must be physically as well as mentally fit.

You must be Indian citizen.

You have Defective Eye sight (1.25) which is under in Permission order.

military eye-site is expectable up to the following range ..

corrected vision must be -> 6 / 6 in better eye and 6/9 in worse eye, with maximum residual refraction of + 1.50 in any meridian for myopia or hypermet ropia.
