How can I get into Astronomy field after Passing Msc with Computer Science?

hello;
i am Vinay from Mumbai.
I am pursuing my Msc(computer sci).
I have completed my bachelors degree as BSc(Physics).

I am really interested in Astronomy.
My Question is
1.How could I get into Astronomy field with these Qualification.
2.Is there any UPSC Exams that will lead me in this particular field.
3.Are there any UPSC Exams suitable(that shall establish)my career or provide better opportunities for Astronomy field OR other field according to my relevant qualification.
