Dear Friend, IAS stands for Indian Administrative Services , comes under civil services. Civil services exam is conducts by Union Public Service Commission once in every year. For that exam candidate should be graduate from any recognized university and also can apply in last year of graduation. To apply for Indian Administrative Service (IAS) examination required educational qualification is Graduation from Recognized University.
As of you are in 2 nd year so, you are not eligible for IAS.
You can apply in final year of your Graduation.
#Minimum age required is 21 years.
