You can take Any stream after 10th to join IAS exam.
Eligibility Criteria:
You must be origin of India.
Education Qualification:
The applicant must complete the Graduation from any recognized University.
There is no min percentage required for this exam.
Final year pursuing candidates are eligible for this exam.
Age Limit:
The candidate min age limit is above 21 years.
The candidate max age limit is below 30 years.
Relaxation:
3 years upper age relaxation for OBC candidates.
5 years upper age relaxation for SC\ST candidates.
10 years upper age relaxation for PWD candidates.
No of Attempts:
4 for General Candidates.
7 for OBC Candidates.
No limit for SC\ST Candidates.

there is no matter of subject to become IAS officer ,,as you are very young and have no proper knowledge so i will tell you all the details about the examination and try to give the answers of all your query.
as you asked about the subjects than I want to tell you that you can take any subject in your future classes and in graduation
because the only requirement for the same is only a graduation degree with a govt. recognized university.
if you want to become an IAS officer than there is an exam you have to clear it named as CIVIL SERVICES EXAMINATION.
civil services examination IS A COMBINED EXAMINATION for all the civil services which means if you want to become a civil servant than you have to clear the exam successfully.
there are three stages of the examination and you have to clear it all.
1. prelims examination (objective)
2. mains examination( descriptive)
3. interview(vocal)
but you have to pass the criteria given below to be eligible for the same.
eligibility criteria :-
* the candidate must have a degree of graduation form a govt. recognized university.
nationality:- * must holds the citizenship of our country.
age requirements:-
* for general category:- 21-30 years.
* for obc category:- 21-33 years.
* for sc/st category:- 21-35 years.
and there is a limited no. of attempts are allowed to each candidate according to their category because there is a barrier called no. of attempts.
No of attempts:-
* for general category:- only 4 attempts.
* for obc category:- 7 attempts.
* for sc/st category:- no any restriction.

You are at very young age you can give the exam of IAS after graduation.
So in which field you are much interested you can choose for your career because for IAS exam you just need a bachelor degree from a recognized university in any discipline.
So you can choose any of the stream as you want.

Dear Friend!
To Become I.A.S officer minimum Educational qualification required is " Graduation " from recognized university.
As you are in 10th standard now, you can apply after completion of your graduation only.
Minimum age required is 21 years and above.
### Finally, you can take any course in PUC and Degree that depends on your Interest.
And you have a lot of time to eligible so, be prepare well and get success in first attempt it self.
Remember that but also concentrate on your Higher studies which are mandatory for any posts........
