Higher secondary qualification is eligible to apply for the following exams conducted by UPSC
1) Special class railway apprentice exam
for 4 years apprenticeship in Railways
2) NAtional defense academy examination
for a career as cadets in Indian defense forces
for these exams, eligibility is 12th class pass with PCM stream
you can apply for both the exams when you are studying 2nd PUC. But after clearing the written examination, you will be asked to provide proof for passing the final exam when going for interview.
You cannot apply for any other UPSC exams since a bachelor's degree is the required minimum educational Qualification for other exams such as civil services exam, Indian forest service exam, central police force exam etc
