But i don't know when next exam is there.
so, please tell me the date of next scra exam .

SCRA is special class railway apprentices was started by the Britishers in 1927 to select the intelligent Indians to assist in their railway operations after the training

eligibility=

age=17-21 years

-should have completed intermediate ,have mathematics and one of these subjects=physics ,chemistry

or
-should be a graduate having mathematics or physics or chemistry a there subject

SCRA exam comprises of written test having mathematics,physics,chemistry,general knowledge,English knowledge,mental ability(psychological test)..

then the selected candidate would be called for an interview followed by medical examination

the selected candidates would be send to rigorous training for 4 years

-should be medically fine

SCRA 2013 EXAM NOTIFICATION:=

date of exam=20-1-2013 (so is over)

sO, BETTER TO WAIT TILL THE MONTH OF SEPTEMBER.

The eligibility criteria for SCRA is:
1.You must be 17 to 31 years of age.
2.You must be 12th pass/appearing student.
3.You must have Physics,Chemistry and maths as one of your subjects.

Question patter:
1.There will be one paper each of General Knowledge,Mathematics and General science(Physics and Chemistry).
2.Each paper contains 200 marks.

The shortlisted candidates will be then called for interview and then the selected candidates will do Mechanical engineering.They will be then placed as Group I officers in Railways.

The Next SCRA is scheduled to be on 2nd or 3rd Sunday of January 2014.

The exact dates of SCRA holding next year is not yet been declared.But generally SCRA exam notifications are released in the month of October,where as the exam date is generally scheduled in the month of January.

Hence,you apply when the notifications will be released in the month of October 2013.
