Sir,i would to share one of my problem.the very thing is,
i ve heard that before they confirm as an IFS Officers they used to conduct a "proficiency" test by the School of Foreign Language (SFL). And my very question is what if one is dropped from the so called " Proficiency" test?
I want to make it clear for this.so if you have any knowledge about it please brief me.
