No. it will not... you just want a graduation degree from a recognized university.. that's all.

UPSC doesn't care about your bad academic record... and it doesn't affect anything... you can't change it.. it's your past...so don't get tensed about it...

Just focus upon your preparation ... and clear CSE exam.

NO IT WILL NOT EFFECT YOUR CHANCES IN IAS SELECTION PROCEDURE.

As the selection process of IAs is the only criteria that is responsible for selection,which is of preliminary written,mains written,then interview.
This is the only selection process.No other criteria is required to select IAS.

Hence you only concentrate on clearing all those stages,as you also know that there is no minimum percentage required for applying in IAS,thy have nothing to do with your academic qualification,they believe that their selection procedure is enough to select an Group A officer for various administrative services of our country.
