I am a student of 2nd yr computer eng. And i want to be an IAS officer. I want to know the reference books for UPSC EXAM,i also want to know the best coaching centres in pune,maharashtra. Does percentage of degree has any effect on eligibility criteria of UPSC EXAM. Any sites for online preparation of UPSC EXAM. As i an eng. Student should i join any other classes for making myself perfect to appear for Exam. Plz,give the names of the classes to join. The exam pattern of UPSC exam.
