You will have to complete your graduation in order to apply for the IAs,the educational qualification required is graduation minimum and you must have that,otherwise you can not help yourself.

If you really have problems regarding the education,you can go for a distant education program,where you will have the chance of getting your self qualified with a graduation degree.Because the educational qualification required is graduation for any civil services,somehow ,you will have to manage it.

Dear Friend to become an IAS Officer you will be crack the civil service exam conducted by UPSC every year

For this candidate must be Graduate any stream from any recognized university

Age should be between 21-30 years
For OBC 21-33 years
For SC/ST 21-35 years

So dear for IAS officer all the first you should be complete your graduation.

After completing your graduation you will be eligible for Civil Service Exam.

Therefore you must be compete your Graduation after then you can apply for this exam and get your goal
