No, Its not true. you have heard rumers.
There is no such notificaction on UPSC website and in newspapers as well.
And one simple logic is that IAS is very coveted job in India. and they are the important people of constitution of India. And they do take important decisions in area of politics, public welfare and growth of India. So it not true that govt. will change an eligibilty criteria to 12th level.
As of now you must have graduation degree to appear for exam.
Good luck.
No this information is false....There is no as such criteria till date...and only graduates are applicable for it.
no it is just a rumour. don't believe to any rumour until the changed criteria is issued by upsc.
all the best
happy learning!!!
sorry friend it is an fake information
it is an romour
govt have not decided anything like this
the criteria is still graduation from recognize university
Hi
It is nothing much but a rumour that the qualification of giving theIAS exam is reduced to 12th. There is no such plan of the government so far. And thee are no chance of such kind of plans for the future also because the maturity that comes after the graduation cannot come after the school immediately. Therefore you do not have to worry, the criteria of the upsc exam is still the same and will be the same in the near future also
Dear,
No, there is no such relaxation, planned by the UPSC. Since, it is a very top most job in our country,so there is no chance to relax the qualification criteria from Graduation to 12th. The minimum qualification for the CSAT's IAS examination is to pass the Bachelor degree in any discipline at any recognized university. To know more details, please visit www.upsc.gov.in Thanks.... Best of Luck.....

No friend,
There is no such notification available on the official site of UPSC.
So it would be better that you do not believe in such rumor until it is officially announced.
IAS is Indian Administrative Service.
The present criterion for IAS exam is minimum graduation degree in any stream.
