To become an IAS officers minimum educational qualification is graduation and you are in 12th so right now you are not eligible
But after completing graduation you are eligible.
suitable way for you to reach your goal is
firstly complete your graduation
then apply for CSAT exam, CSAT exam is conducted by upsc once in a year
In CSAT exam there are also three stage
prelim exam
main exam
interview
prelim exam is held in the month of may in every year.
mains exam only those candidate can give this exam who clear prelim exam in that year.
next and last stage is interview stage. for interview only those candidate are eligible who clear the above two stage in that year.

Dear friend if you make an IAS officer then after 12th you complete your greduation with any stream.
And read regularly gnral knowladge books. or newspaper.
After the greduation you give the IAS Priliminary exam this exam contain 300 marks.
If you selected for this exam then you eligible for the amin exam for IAS.
The main exam contain 2000 marks . If you complete or selected the interview .
Then you clear the interview.
If you clesr the interview then you makes an IAS officer.

First of all you have to do graduation then you can apply for Civil Services Examination.
Civil Services Examination is conducted by UPSC every year for the recruitment of candidates for the post of IAS, IRS, IPS.
Civil Services Exam is conducted in 2 stages:1. Preliminary Examination � comprising of 2 exams � General Studies and CSAT
2. Civil Services Main Examination (Written and Interview)
The basic eligibility criteria for Civil Services Exam are as follows:
Educational Qualification
The candidate must hold any degree in any discipline from any recognized university
Final year degree students are also eligible
Degree obtained by distance education/open university is also eligible if the university is a recognized university
Age limit
