dear friend Indian police services can be joined by clearing the Civil services exam conducted by upsc every year you have to clear the three stage testing that is pre written exam then the mains exam and then the interview notification is made by upsc every year can check the etails at upsc.gov.in and for the coaching institute you can check at cavalier.in all the very best

criteria for ips exam :~ age limit 21 to 30, eduactional qualification ~ a graduation degree from an ugc recognised university.
for becoming an ips officer maximum rank must be 200 in cse.
