-The Preliminary Exams of the Civil Services were successfully conducted on the 20Th of May,2012,throughout the country,by the UPSC.
-The results of the Preliminary Exams are Generally Declared by the First week of AUGUST on the official website of the UPSC.

-You can view your results using your Examination Roll Number and your Date of Birth that you had filled up for the application form.
-Those candidates who qualify the Preliminary Exams will have to appear the MAINS Exams,the second phase of the Civil Service exams.
-The Mains exams are to be conducted in October and November.
-For further details and notifications regarding the results and other information regarding the Civil Service exams,you can avail it from the UPSC website itself.

Well their is no fix date for announcing the results from the upsc side

But they are announcing the results very early as compare to some other

Government sectors and their process is also very fast

And we can expect the result will come after 3 or 4 months after the exam

We can expect as from past results

Not sure about result dates

But they will announce soon

result generally announced in the month of " August ", so we can expect the same in this year also.

but nothing can be surely said about the result declaration dates,as upsc doesn't declared any cut-off date of result declaration.

UPSC Stands for Union Public Service Commission Once in a year and this year notification was already out on 04/02/12 and the examination was completed on 20/05/12 .

The exam results was not declared yet but the exam result will be publish in the month of August OR September in the official website of UPSC as well as employment news papers and other exam results site also .

Those who are qualified in the prelims exam and the candidates are called for next level of Main examination .

should be august as mains will be held in oct this year (2012)

Hi Aspirant,

In this year UPSC exam was conducted on 20 may 2012.

Result of preliminary exam will be declared in first week of August.

So you should wait for the result and should start the preparation of Main exam.

Mains exam will be held on 5/10/2012.

Generally the upsc civil service exam results will be declared 3 months from
the examination held
More over next month upsc will being ready to declare the results
Preliminary exams is the first step in civil service examinations
Those who are qualified in the preliminary exams will able to write mains exams
Mains will be held one and half month from the preliminary exam results
Any way i think your are just awaiting for results

generally it takes three to four months to come out so we can expect the result in the month of september.
