UPSC organizes the exam of ISS for the recruitment of Central government statistical posts.
ISS stands for Indian Statistical Service.
ISS exam is conducted once in a year at National level.
Required Qualification
You should be having graduation degree in statistical branch from recognized university or its equivalent.
You must be in age of 21 to 30 years
Age relaxation
SC/ST + 5 years
OBC + 3 years
PH + 10 years
You must be Indian.
Exam pattern
Written test( 1000 marks)
General Studies (100 marks)
General English (100 marks)
4 Statistical paper ( 200 marks for each)
Interview ( 200 marks)
After qualify written exam you will be called for Interview.
