Dear, Physical fitness Candidate has eye sight 6/24, 6/24 correctable to 6/6 in each eye with glasses for tech branch & Submarine Cadre and 6/60, 6/60 correctable to 6/6, 6/12 with glasses for the Naval Architecture Cadre.
Minimum height required-157c.m for men & 152 c.ms for women with correlated weight. Minimum range of expansion after full inspiration should be 5 cm Age limit for the exam is 16.5 years to 19 years. There is no age relaxation for the reserve category. For this exam only unmarried male candidates are eligible for this exam. Female candidate are not eligible for the exam. Qualification is required +2 passed/appear with the science subject from the recognized board. You can apply the examination form by online method or offline method. NDA exam conducted bi-annually. 2. Interview by SSB (Staff Selection Body)
3. Physical Test
In physical test you have to follow some criteria:
1. Height:
for General/obc/sc: 165 cm
for ST: 162.5 cm
2. Chest:
for General/OBC/SC: Unexpanded: 77 cm
Expanded: 82 cm
for ST: Unexpanded: 76 cm
Expanded: 81 cm
3. Weight:
As per Medical Standards
4. Visual Standards:
6/6 for Right eyes
6/12 for Left Eyes
