According to me, if you really want become an IPS officer then you must be physically fit and for that you need to do exercise daily without fail.
i will suggest you tha you should join GYM.

If you want to prepare you physically in for IPS job.
Then i want to tell you that start running.
It is best idea.
You have to run 10 km in 1 hours.
So try to run fast and in time .
It is most important experise for the IPS job.
