GIRLS cannot apply to Indian Airforce just after clearing class 12th exam
After 12th in airfoce one can join through NDA exams
Girls are not allowed to appear in the NDA exams

Complete your graduation with min 60% marks and than you can apply for ground duty jobs in admin and Logistics in Airforce

upsc conducts NDA exam twice a year.

but unfortunately it is conducted only for the UNMARRIED MALE candidates.

GIRLS ARE NOT eligible to join airforce after +2 exams.

NDA exam is conducted to recruit the candidate for indian army,airforce and navy.

but there is no need to be disheartened.you can always join the armed forces after completing your graduation.

after graduation you can also write CDS to join OTA.

as of now continue with graduation.

There is one entry for air force after 10+2.

NDa is one entry,but it is strictly for boys ,girls are not eligible.

Girls have entry in air force only after graduation.
AFCAT-is the mode of entrance.

NDA is only for boys.Sue to hardship of training,girls are not applicable for NDA.

Although they are welcomed after graduation through AFCAt.

in order to join the indian air force after class 12th, you need to appear in the NDA exam which is conducted by the upsc twice in an year.
But there is this sad news that only the male candidates are eligible for giving the exam. The girls candidates are not allowed to take this examination. And for male candidates, the age limit for giving this exam is 16.5-19 years.

After clearing +2 examination, male contenders can apply for the NDA(National Defense Academy) examination for any wings.


For NDA examination, girls contenders are not eligible.


But, any girl wants to join defense sector then, she can apply for the CDS(Combined Defense Services) examination after clearing graduation.


UPSC(Union Public Service Commission) conducts CDS examination twice every year in the months of February and September as CDS-I and CDS-II respectively.


The eligibility criteria required for the CDS examination for Indian Air Force are prescribed as below:-

* Completion of graduation with PCM from any recognized college or university.

* Final year contenders are also eligible.

* Percentage criteria is not required.

* Age limit:- 19-23 yrs.

* Sex:- Both male and female.

* Marital status:- Single or unmarried.

* Nationality:- Indian.

* Physically and mentally fit.

I am sorry to say you that you cannot apply for Indian Air Force.

There is no posts available for girls in Indian Air Force till now.

After 10+2 a candidate can join Indian Air Force by successfully clearing NDA.

But as per Eligibility criteria set by UPSc for NDA only unmarried male candidate are eligible for NDA.

But a girl candidate can join Indian Air Force in Technical section after passing B.E/BTech or in final year of B.E/B.Tech.

Sorry, girls are not allowed to join Indian Air Force after clearing +2 examinations because as per the rule and regulation of UPSC +2 candidates can take up NDA examination for which only male candidates are eligible.

But you can join Indian Airforce by taking up CDS examination after clearing Graduation. The Eligibility for CDS examination are as follows:

* Graduation with Mathematics as compulsory subject from any recognized college/university.

* Minimum marks needed in Graduation is 60%

* Citizenship - Indian

* Sex - Male/Female

* Age must be in between 19-24 years

No relaxation in age is granted to any category candidates.
