You can apply online form of UPSC at www.upsc.gov.in

After that You have to pay Rs. 100 through Bank Challan for the examination.

You can also pay with VISA/DEBIT card online.

A scanned Photograph of yours between 3kb-40kb is uploaded at your online application form with 1 kb of your scanned Signature.
