just visit the upsc website,they will be placing the link before 20 days of the exam .keep in touch with the site,and make sure you dont loose your regestration number.when they place the link ,just go threw that and download your e admit card.
Either visit www.upsc.gov.in (you found a column on the right side where it is mention download your admit card either nda/na or cdse -I,II which ever your case)
or direcly visit www.nausena-bharti.nic.in where you can directly download either it from download section or the floating menu for the admit card of shortlisted candidates.

(I)-If you do not have Registration Number.
1. Select Entry Type.
2. Enter first alphabet of your Name as in the Matric certificate.
3. Enter first alphabet of your fathers name as in the Matric certificate.
4. Select your Date Of Birth by click on calendar .
5. Click only once on the "SUBMIT" button.
(II)- If you have Registration Number.
1. Select Entry Type.
2. Enter Your Registration No.

The admit card will be send to your residential address by navy authority.

now UPSC doesnt sends admit cards by post.
so make sure you download it online.

III Enter first Alphabet of your father's name according to your record.
IV Select your Date of Birth.DD-MM-YYYY format
V Enter the code shown in the box
V Click on Submit Button
Your Admit card will be open you can print this page
2. If you have Registration No. Do It:
I. Select Entry Type
II Enter your Registration No.
III Enter the code shown in the box
IV Click on submit button
