How can one submit passing documents/certificates by the month of "May" if the results of most universities get declared only by June? Will UPSC extend time for document submission in such cases?

regarding submission of doc. for cds2 and afcat2 2013
sir,in the cds notification..it is mentioned that a final year appearing student can also apply for cds 2...but at the same time they are demanding to submit the documents latest by 13 may 2014...which is not possible for a number of university students because most of the univ. in india declares their result in june.
so;is there any provision for some extension of time..in order to submit the documents???
pls reply...as a no. of final year appearing student has the same prbm..
