visit www.upsconline.nic.in to apply online. detailed instructions for filling up UPSC CPF online applications are available in above mentioned website.
u can also get application form in HEAD POST OFFICE at the payment of rs.30 to apply offline.

Updated Notifications are available on upsc.gov.in website for CPF.
Basic eligibility required are:
1. Age Limit:
- Applicants should be between the age of 20 years and 25 years
- ST/SC applicants will have 5 years of upper age limit.
- OBC applicants can avail maximum 3 years of upper age limit
- Maximum 5 years for Civilian Central Government Servants
2. Educational background
- Applicants should have completed their bachelor�s degree from any recognized university
- Final year students are also eligible
- Applicants with professional and technical qualification from a recognized university are also eligible.
3. Restriction on reappearance of candidates finally selected / recommended earlier
- Once a candidate has been finally selected on the basis of the examination is not eligible for subsequent examination for recruitment
APPLICATION FORM:-
You can apply for either ONLINE or OFFLINE.
For ONLINE MODE: Visit the website http://www.upsconline.nic.in
For OFFLINE MODE:-
*You have to purchase the application form.
*For general male candidates, the form costs Rs 100/- for online & Rs 200/- for offline.
*But the female candidates & reservation category candidates need not any amount fot the form.
*The application forms are available in designated head post office.
*Or You can also get the form through post by sending request letter.
For ONLINE form fill up, candidate must read the instruction which are available in UPSC website.
In OFFLINE mode, candidates must fill up the form with their own handwriting.
All the information to fill up the form are written in the manual.
Application form must reach to the U.P.S.C. center before due date.
