Dear you should not worry about that because the HPSC State Service Commission is working in online mode and i expect that you have enough facilities of online system in your own city - Coimbatore and if you want the application form for - Haryana State Service Commission then you should visit at - http://hpsc.gov.in/ and follow the following procedure :
When you enter at the above mentioned website then you should go at - http://hpsc.gov.in/Instructions.aspx and you would get all the details about the vacancies declared by the HPSC Board and you should read the complete instructions which are necessary as - eligibility criteria and age limit etc. and when you get the instructions then you should see that application form at the last of the notification page and print that application form and attach all required documents as - Educational Qualification Certificates, Age Proof Certificates, Cast Certificate, Address Certificate, Employment details if any, Registration of Employment Office of the district, Photograph and you can pay the fee using either - Postal Orders or Bank Draft mode and you should send the application form at the following address :
Commission's Office at Bay No. 1-10, Block - B Sector - 4 Panchkula by post of by personal delivery
