You can download question papers of all exams conducted by upsc from the upsc's official website www.upsc.gov.in
Goto the website there you will find a tab Previous years question papers click on that then select for which year you want the question paper
then select the respective exam which is cpt in your case then click on it.
Your question paper will be downloaded in no time ......

First of all I think its CPF you might have wrongly written it as CPT...
Just go to the UPSC website i.e. www.upsc.gov.in aur search the previous year cpf papers online.
