You are not elligibe for MPSC OR UPSC.
IF YOU WANT TO APPLY THEN BE A GRADUATE.

After passing cpt exam you are eligible for the CA.

For he civil service exam or other upsc exam is based on the graduation.

You complete the graduation and go for the civil service exam.

Age limit for the exam is the 21 to 30 years.

Age relaxation for the reserve category.

Because you are still in the C.P.T

It is not considered as a Graduation


But to be eligible for this you must have a minimum of GRADUATION

So you must have completed a minimum of C.A to apply for the examination


Then only you are eligible to apply for the exam

I want to tell you that CPT is not a course this is an entrance exam given to get admission in the course of CA.

So it is not considered as graduation.

But in UPSC exam you must have minimum qualifies with a graduate degree from a recognized university.

So you can not apply for the UPSC exams.

You can apply for the UP[SC exams after completion of your graduation.

In order to appear for UPSC/MPSC exam,you must be a graduate.

After CPT,you can not appear for UPSC but for CA LEVEL II-IIPC.

You cannot appear in the UPSC Civil services Exams or MPSC exams just after passing the CPT exams
CPT exams is conductedc by ICAI.
After passing the CPT exams you can get admission in the IPCC stage of the CA programme

As far as UPSC and MPSC exams is concerned, you can apply to them after completing your Graduation
Since you are already doing you B.SC complete it and than apply for this exams
