    How to get entry to indian navy through technical entry scheme after 10+2 ? please tell me the important dates for this entry as soon as possible !!!

    What exactly do you specify by technical entry?Is it that you want to enter into technical field there?Then for that Indian Navy recruits engineers through their examination.You have to keep check on that and apply accordingly!You can check the notifications now itself as a recruitment drive is going on.Sometimes Navy also visits engg colleges to recruit candidates.Good Luck!

    Dear Aspirant,
    -The notifications of the Technical Entry Scheme(TES) are released in the month of May every year.
    -The online applications were starTed on the 22nd of May,2012 and will last till the 2nd of July,2012.
    To apply online,please visit the following website ::

    -The eligibility criteria for the TES is mentioned below-
    :: ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA ::
    # You must be a Citizen of India
    or,You must be a subject of Nepal or Bhutan,
    or,You must be a Tibetan refugee settled permanently in India,before 1962.
    # You must be 16.5 to 19.5 years of age.
    # You must have passed your 10+2 board exams with science stream,and a combination of PHYSICS-CHEMISTRY-MATHS,from a recognized board or university.
    You must also have scored a minimum of 70% in PCM.
    # You must meet the physical requirements.
    -The cut off for this year is however expected to be around 80% in PCM.
    -The candidates who will be shortlisted will be called in for an SSB interview,after which those who qualify further will get enrolled for a Degree in Engineering in Army for a period of Four years.
    As soon as the span of four years are completed,you will get enrolled for one of the best technical posts in Indian Defence,by choice.
