Hello,
Friend there is no fixed marks for getting selected for further rounds. UPSC follows merit system. In merit system the list of selected candidates starts from candidate getting highest marks in the written examination and finishes when vacancies are filled.
So, all you can do is prepare and give it your best shot.

Dear there is no criteria is announced or fixed by the UPSC board for IPS - Indian Police Services or any other exams to be called for interview process or physical standards test or medical standards test so that we can not say about this - that how exactly is the passing marks criteria for UPSC IPS exam but approximately it is following :
General Category Candidates - At least 60-65% marks
OBC Category Candidates - At lest 55-60% marks
Scheduled Caste Category Candidates - At least 50-55% marks
Scheduled Tribe Category Candidates - At least 50% marks
This is the approximate criteria for the mains exam to reach to the physical and medical test but it may change according to the UPSC board rules but you should have at least above mentioned marks in the mains then you may be called for further steps.

Male Hight - 165 cm and 160 cm for reserved category candidate
Female Hight - 150 cm and 145 cm for reserved category candidate
Male - Chest - 84 cm with 5 cm expansion
Female Chest - 79 cm with 5 cm expansion
Eye Sight - For Good Eye it should be - 6/6 or 6/9 and for worst eye it should be - 6/12 or 6/9
Ear - Normal listening powers - 1000 to 4000 frequency and not more than 30 decibels - hearing impairment
Nasal - Male/Female Candidate should not stammer while speaking/talking
Female Candidate should not be pregnant while the physical and medical test
Blood Pressure : - 123 for 23 years of age, 124 for 24 years of age, 122 for 25 years of age, 124 for 28 years of age, 125 for 30 years of age, 126 for 32 years of age and 127 for 34 years of age.
