No Dear there is no reservation is applicable in the allotment of the cadre for any category candidates because the cadres would be alloted by the UPSC board + Indian Government and you have a option to choose your cadre for your service means if you choose - MP Cadre then you would be appointed for that cadre and if you choose any other state then you may get the appointment of that state but there is no reservation for this process at all for any category candidate.
Reserved category candidates get reservation in the educational qualification percentage marks, Age limitation, Application Fee and for Further study but no category candidate will get any kind of cadre allotment reservation at any condition.
