Should I clear only written exam of NDA or both written and SSB? When the results of NDA 1 written exam will be announced?

In NDA(NATIONAL DEFENCE ACADEMY) Examination does both the marks of Written and SSB are included or you just have to clear the written for SSB? And when is the results for NDA(I) written going to be announced?

I am pretty confused because my Maths part went seriously wrong and my Father is opting me to join a SSB coaching class. I don't know what to do, even if I get selected if marks of both exams is included my chance of getting admitted is pretty slim.

dear friend,

there are three steps to get selected i nda which are

1. Written test.
2. Ssb interview.
3. Medical test


so any body who want to get selection in nda than he must pass all the three steps

of selection nda including ssb and medical test .

1-written test
2-ssb interview
3- medical test

if you clear these of nda exam then you will be selected for nda exam.

Hi Aspirant,

To qualify the NDA exam you will have to qualify the both part of NDA Written test and SSB Interview.

If you left one of single exam you will be declared disqualify for NDA exam.

NDA exam is conducted twice in a year for the recruitment in following wings of Defense Service.

Army

Navy

Air Force


NDA exam pattern

NDA exam is conducted in two stages. First one is written test and second one is SSB Interview.

Candidates will have to appear in written exam first.

Written test consists of Mathematics and General Mental Ability test.

General mental Ability paper is a combination of GK and English and it carries 600 marks.

After qualifying the written test you will be called for SSB Interview.

SSB Interview is of 900 marks and conducted in 5 days.

After qualifying SSB candidates have to give medical test which is conducted just after NDA exam.

If is the final stage and candidates who qualify medical test select to be a Lieutenant in defense.
