-The number of posts in UPSC varies every year ,it depends upon
the number of vacancies to be filled in a particular year.
-Some of the exams to be conducted which are only indicative
and may vary from year to year.

Friend UPSC doesn�t conduct single exam.
It conducts various exams during entire year.
So it would be very difficult to say the number of candidates applying for UPSC exam.
UPSC also don�t declare the quantity of all exams once.
So this will be very tough to say.
But you can know the number of candidates of any particular exam.
