for that you have to clear CMS exam. in CMS only MBBS graduates can participate.
so, sorry to say that you are not eligible to apply for CMS exam.

Friend, since for dental posts you will have to give CMS exam that can be attempted only by MBBS graduates, thus you are not eligible for it.
