There is no such restriction on the number of attempts that one can have for the NDA exam.
But you need to fulfill the criteria if you want to sit for the exam.
You can give NDA exam till the time you fulfill the following criteria-
1)12th class pass of the 10+2 pattern of school education or equivalent
with Physics and Mathematics, conducted by a state education board or
a university and also Students who are appearing in the 12th class
under 10+2 pattern of school education or equivalent examination can
also apply for this examination.
2)Students who are appearing for the NDA exam must be unmarried
males. They must be atleast 16 1/2 years and not more than 19 years
on January 1st or July 1st of the year subsequent to the year of the
exam.

The NDA Examination is conducted by the Union Public Service Commission two times in a year.
The first exam is known as the NDA-I Exam and is conducted in April every year whereas the second exam is known as NDA-II Exam and is conducted in August every year.

Number of times appearing for NDA Exam totally depends on your age.
If your age is 16.5, then you can appear for maximum number of times i.e. 6 times.
But if your age is about 17 years, then you can appear for 5 times and so on.
