UPSC Conduct Civil Services Exam every year for the posts of IAS, IPS, IRS, IFS etc. You can apply for Civil Services exam after or while studying in final year of your graduation.
Civil Services exam constitutes three parts:
1. CSAT(Prelims)
2. Mains
3. Interview
your age must be within 21 years to 30 years on 1 August of the year of exam. there is relaxation in upper age limit up to 3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST candidates.
In Civil Services exam there is huge competition. you have to prepare well to crack the exam.
Tips For Preparation for CSAT:
1. Understand the test by going through CSAT Syllabus and CSAT previous year papers.
2. Read newspapers and magazine it will prepare you for current affairs and take notes of important head lines.
3. Read books on General Knowledge.
4. Improve your aptitude.

To prepare for civil services firstly improve your General knowledge , Aptitude.
For civil services exam you should be graduate from any recognized university and also can apply in last year of graduation.
For that exam no percentage barrier, those candidates are also eligible which just have passing marks in graduation.
Your age must be under 21-30 years.
You should be citizen of India.
