from today 1 april 2012 we have approx 90 days for ssc tier 1 exam ,as ssc conducting its tier1 in july. maths english, reasoning, general knowledge are the section which falls in its exam. first GK is very vast subject , we can not finish gk in finit time , but in 90 days we can cover approx 60-70% gk ,if we concentrate accor to syllabus ,so first cover science portion, as it give as approx 10-`15 qus , u do not required very deep knowledge but only basics, for improving basics u can take help ncert books.then come to general awarness daily news paper in enough for this., history ,only concentrate in modern history , a brief look on medivial history means period of akbar,(mugal empire) is also necessary. geography ,only concentrate in indian geography means which river originate from which place, climate of india , etc. do this each day . i think 3 hours/day is enough for gk. and do same with other portion of gk accor to syllabus. only continuity is required for this section whatever u r doing is necessary do same on each day.maths is major section of ssc, and practise and only practise can help u more in this section , m tyra and r s agarwal are best book on maths . go through these books.read daily news paper this will not increase ur vocabulary but also improve ur english, ur reading speed also increase by doing this, how to write correct english is best book accor to me u must see that book , ( upkar publication), kiran 's coommom english error is also good u can go through this book also. but never forget to read news paper for reasoning u can buy any book , this section required only ur imagining capacity how much and how deeply u can think upon any matter. so again daily practise remember only concentration and continuity is required to crack any exam
best of luck.

Hi,
its very short duration so don't waste time, be well prepared with frequently asked questions.try to study everything by understanding the meaning, please don't memorize, seek the help of teachers to understand ur subject.because understanding something is too worthy than memorizing blindly. Thank you.
Though it is very short period of time so try to solve previous years question papers within the proper time. And please try to do it very honestly not cheating. If you do it then it is very much harmful for you. Try to revise the syllabus partly at a time. And the other time solve the papers. If you have any problem, consults with friends or teachers. Try to do best. Best of luck
Solve previous years question papers & model papers.
First study easiest topics for u in minimum time.
Then go to tough topics.
Also discuss with ur friends who are all preparing for ssc.
Study 10-12 hrs/day.
