Dear Aspirant
1)You know that main exam consists of 7 papers.Out of which 4 papers are GS that are based on history, geography,Indian polity and constitution and economy .So if you select any one of the GS as optional like History or geography or anyone then your workload will be less as you will be preparing your GS as well as Optional paper. It will reduce your efforts.
2)English Comprehension and precise writing will be of tenth level. So practicing previous years or solving any 10th level English sample papers will be sufficient
3) For GS mains read Yojana and Krushushtera Magazine as they will provide material for descriptive writing.Read also The Frontline and Hindu good for currents updates
4)Read NCERT and sove previous years question papers
All the best
