Yes friend Nepal candidates can apply for civil service exam but in some special case.
That is, the candidates who came over to India before 1st January, 1962 with the intention
of permanently settling in India, can apply for civil service exam.
If you satisfy the above situation then you can apply for Civil Service exam.
With the same condition the candidates of Bhutan and Tibbetian refugee can also apply for civil service exam.
To apply for civil service exam you should be graduated in any discipline from recognized university or its equivalent.
Your age should be between 21 to 30 years.
Age relaxation is available for eligible category
SC/St + 5 years
OBC + 3 years
PH + 10 years
Number of attempts in civil service exam
4 attempts for general candidates
7 attempts for OBC candidates
