There is minimum educational qualification Graduate any stream from any recognized university.

There is no percentage required for UPSC Exam.

Candidate age should be between 21-30 years

Age relaxation for OBC Candidate 3 years and SC/ST candidate 5 years

"The candidate must hold a degree of any of Universities incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University Under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956, or possess an equivalent qualification. "

Make sure that the college from where you passed BA course is recognised by UGC.

Also see whether you satisfy the Age Criteria.
