Read magazines like Pratiyogita Darpan,Manorama year book,CSR,etc.

Read atleat 2 good newspapers daily like The Hindu,Economic times,etc.Read online if you get time.

Do selective study, read books and articles of selected few good authors.Make your own notes for refrence and revision

because its easier to understand them.

Try to study for 8-9hrs daily and prepare for both prelims and mains together.
